i sat around the hostel the other night and made some friends~ in the morning i collected a group of 3 others and we all piled in my car to go see the G.C! man - i gotta' say photos just don't do it justice. floored. we hiked down into it for a 5 mile round-trip and saw the sites~ we hiked out just as the sun started to slip and the temperature started to drop.
carolina from engliand and lydia from slovakia bought me dinner for my sweet driving services and sam from england fronted the beer money. the girls and i went to sedona the next day and did some more scrambling up rocks to capture the view. we decided that the only real way to see arizona is to climb all over it. here are a few of the prize-winning photos.
